Both options include a document review and help with your e‑Visa application, including phone support on request. We confirm the billing currency and total after your initial consultation and before you book.

Multiple entry
For several planned entries during the visa’s validity. The embassy may require additional documents.

Book after your initial consultation and pay in advance. You pay Cybervisa the service fee and the separately itemised official fee by bank transfer. Once payment clears, we forward the official fee to the responsible Thai embassy on your behalf where its payment process allows it. The official fee is your expense as the applicant.
Visa approval is not guaranteed. The responsible Thai embassy decides whether to issue the visa. If it refuses the application, Cybervisa does not refund the fee for services already provided on that basis alone. The embassy does not refund official fees already paid under its rules. Your statutory rights, including the right of withdrawal, remain unaffected.

Tell us your planned travel date and country of residence. We explain the process and confirm the costs before you place an order.

Book and pay
We send a quote after your initial consultation. When you book, pay the service fee and the separately itemised official fee in advance by bank transfer.

Send your documents
We provide a checklist for your application. Send your documents through the customer area or by email, and we will review them with you.

Submit your application
We help you complete and submit the e‑Visa application. Once payment clears and you authorise submission, we forward the official fee from your payment to the embassy, where its payment process allows it.
The responsible Thai embassy decides on your application. Visa approval cannot be guaranteed.
