LEGAL INFORMATION

Terms and conditions

1. Provider and service

Your contractual partner is Cyberhosting e.U., proprietor Patrick Binder, Gregorygasse 10/7, 1230 Vienna, Austria. Cybervisa assists with single- and multiple-entry Thailand Tourist Visa (TR) applications. The individual quote sets out the service. This may include reviewing documents, helping complete and submit the e‑Visa application and processing payment of the official fee.

2. Initial consultation, quote and booking

The contact form, registration and document upload are for enquiries or submitting documents. After the initial consultation, we send an individual quote if we can assist. It includes the visa option, scope of service, total including any applicable taxes, the separate official fee, any additional costs and billing currency, payment terms and the agreed timeframe for our service. A paid contract is formed when you accept our individual quote by email. Before you accept, we email you the quote, terms and consumer information, including the withdrawal notice and official model withdrawal form. We send the contract confirmation by email after acceptance.

3. Advance payment and forwarding the official fee

After booking, pay the agreed total to Cybervisa in advance. Bank transfer is the standard method. Payment instructions come with your booking confirmation or invoice. Other payment methods are available where specifically listed in your quote. We begin the agreed work after payment clears, subject to your withdrawal rights.

We itemise the service fee and the official fee separately. The official fee is your expense as the applicant. Where agreed and allowed by the responsible Thai embassy, we forward that portion of your payment to the embassy after it clears and you authorise submission. If the agreed payment method is unavailable or the official fee changes, we agree how to proceed and discuss any additional costs before making the payment. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

4. Documents, authorisation and decision

Provide the required information and supporting documents and check the application before authorising submission. Tell us promptly about changes to your travel dates, passport or residence. The Thai embassy may request additional documents or an interview. It decides whether to issue the visa. We cannot guarantee an approval or any particular embassy processing time.

Fees if the embassy refuses the application. The service fee covers the agreed assistance. If the embassy refuses the application, that decision alone does not entitle you to a refund for services already provided. The embassy does not refund official fees already paid under its rules. Your statutory rights against Cybervisa, including withdrawal and remedies for defective performance, remain unaffected.

5. Right of withdrawal for distance contracts

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of entering into it without giving a reason. Tell us clearly that you are withdrawing, for example by email to office@cybervisa.at or by post to Cyberhosting e.U., Gregorygasse 10/7, 1230 Vienna, Austria. You can also reach us on +43 1 9971568. You meet the deadline if you send the notice before the 14 days expire. You may use the model withdrawal form in Annex I(B) of the Consumer Rights Directive. The Austrian statutory form is also available.

Refunds and starting work early

If you validly withdraw, we reimburse payments without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your notice. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method. We charge no fee for the refund.

We normally begin once the withdrawal period ends. We can start earlier at your express request. We ask you to expressly request early performance and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the agreed service has been fully performed. If you withdraw before we complete the service, you may owe a proportionate amount for work already completed where the statutory conditions are met. When work starts early, the right ends only after full performance and if the statutory conditions are met. Submission completes the service if all agreed steps are finished. Any agreed follow-up support forms part of the service.

Withdrawing your visa application from the Thai embassy

If you also wish to withdraw your e‑Visa application, follow the procedure of the responsible Thai embassy. Its refund rules apply to official fees already paid. Your statutory rights against Cybervisa remain unaffected.

6. Complaints, dispute resolution and applicable law

Send complaints to office@cybervisa.at. Austrian law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections in the country of your habitual residence. Statutory rules on jurisdiction remain unaffected.

Information on out-of-court dispute resolution is available from Verbraucherschlichtung Austria. If a consumer complaint cannot be resolved and the Austrian Alternative Dispute Resolution Act applies, we provide information about the competent dispute resolution body and our willingness to participate on a durable medium.
